Adriano D’Aloia

 

Adriano D’Aloia is professor of Film and Media Studies at the University of Bergamo, Italy. He is the founder and scientific coordinator of the Visual Media Lab. His research explores the relationship between perceptual experience, visual technologies, and immersive media, with particular attention to embodied forms of spectator engagement. He is the author of Neurofilmology (2021) and the editor of the Italian translation of Murray Smith’s Film, Art, and the Third Culture (2022).
