Błażej Skrzypulec is a professor in the Center for Cognitive Science at the Jagiellonian University. His research interests include the philosophy of perception, particularly the structural aspects of sensory experiences, non-visual perceptual modalities, and multimodal perception. He has published works on, inter alia, the mereology of olfactory experiences, the spatial aspects of the perception of silence, the modularity of pain perception, and perceptual representations of diachronic identity. He is currently leading a research project on the unity of perceptual structures in multimodal experiences.
