Nicolò Gaj

 

Nicolò Gaj is Research Fellow in Philosophy of science at Catholic University, Milan, Italy, where he lectures the course Philosophy of psychology. He is member of the Research Unit for Philosophical Psychology at the Department of Psychology of the same University, and International affiliate member of the American Psychological Association, Division 24 (Theoretical and Philosophical Psychology). Having developed an expertise both in philosophy and psychology, his interests lie mainly in the philosophy of psychology. In particular, he works on the methodological fragmentation of psychology, the connections between theory and practice in psychology, the formulation of anti-reductionist approaches to mental suffering, issues in professional deontology, and the interplay between the philosophy and the psychology of wellbeing.
