Salim Hirèche

 

Salim Hirèche is a lecturer at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting (FTI) of the University of Geneva, Switzerland. His main research interests are in metaphysics, including intersections with other areas (epistemology and philosophy of science, philosophical logic and philosophy of language, meta-ethics). In particular, he has worked on modality, essence, dispositions, explanation, grounding, causation, and laws of nature. He was educated at the University of Geneva, where he received his PhD in philosophy.
